What Guides Our Work
Team B was founded on the belief that existing buildings hold untapped potential…and that thoughtful design can help unlock it. What began in 2016 as a small studio shared with artists has grown into a collaborative practice working across hospitality, housing, and community projects throughout the Midwest.
From our earliest storefront renovations to multi-phase adaptive reuse developments, our work has always been rooted in context, collaboration, and care.
