Schematic design and pricing package for improvements to existing rooftop cocktail lounge. The design provides built-in climate enhancing features to extend the seasonal use of outdoor space. Features include a new outdoor bar area and enhanced seating varieties throughout the terrace. Entry and circulation patterns are modified to improve accessibility and guest experience.
